As a qualified Relationships and Couple Counsellor, my mission is to guide you through the challenges of modern relationships. Whether it’s your partner, family, friends or work colleagues, connections are fundamental to our happiness and wellbeing. I work pluralistically, using a wide range of therapeutic approaches to tailor counselling to your unique situation.
I can help with a broad range of relationship issues including:
- Affairs/cheating
- Conflict and poor communication
- Lack of intimacy – physical or emotional
- Growing apart

- Relationships in families (bereavement, estrangement, conflict)
- Pre-marriage/preparing for life together
- Separation/divorce
- Addictions in relationships (drugs, alcohol, gambling, sex)
- Workplace relationships (conflict, bullying, burnout)

This is my second career, having spent 40 years in the corporate world. The breadth of life experience I bring – spanning both the business world and the field of counselling – deepens my understanding of the pressures people face at home and in the workplace.
