I regularly take part in additional training and professional development to keep learning and growing as a counsellor. Making sure I can offer clients the best, up-to-date knowledge and support.
About me
I am a Person-Centred counsellor; I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental and collaborative space where you can explore whatever has brought you to counselling.
I specialise in working with loss, death and bereavement, as well as addictive behaviours and substance dependency. I also have experience supporting survivors of sex trafficking, trauma and abuse, and people who are exploring questions around gender identity, sexuality and LGBTQ+ identity.
I have both professional experience and a lived understanding of neurodiversity, including ADHD and autism, as I am neurodiverse myself. I understand that everyone’s experience is different, and I aim to create a space where you don’t have to mask or explain yourself perfectly.
I work with adults aged 18 and over around a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, post-traumatic stress, relationships, self-esteem, identity, mood difficulties, health and disability, work-related difficulties, redundancy, change, personal development and life transitions. I also welcome clients exploring sexuality, gender identity and the many other aspects of who we are.
If you are finding yourself becoming emotionally reliant on AI, using it for reassurance or decision-making, or questioning how your relationship with AI is affecting your self-esteem, anxiety or sense of self, this is also something we can explore together without judgement.
