I specialise in working with loss, death and bereavement, as well as addictive behaviours and substance dependency. I also have experience supporting survivors of sex trafficking, trauma and abuse, and people who are exploring questions around gender identity, sexuality and LGBTQ+ identity.

I work with adults aged 18 and over around a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, post-traumatic stress, relationships, self-esteem, identity, mood difficulties, health and disability, work-related difficulties, redundancy, change, personal development and life transitions. I also welcome clients exploring spirituality, sexuality, gender identity and the many other aspects of who we are.

I also work with those who are finding themselves reliant on AI, using it for reassurance, decision-making, affecting relationships, self-esteem, anxiety or sense of self.
