About me
My counselling practice is rooted in Pluralistic Therapy which recognises there are many different approaches and change processes that can be helpful for clients. I work with my clients to assist them in identifying therapeutic strategies to help overcome their challenges. I offer a safe and confidential space to allow them to explore and make the necessary change.
I have an MSc in Counselling & Psychotherapy from University of Abertay. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I subscribe to and am bound by the BACP Code of Ethics.
