About me
Hi, a warm welcome to you. I’m Hannah, a qualified Pluralistic Counsellor based in Livingston.
I have supported people from all walks of life experiencing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship and parenting challenges, life transitions, bereavement, chronic health conditions amongst many others.
It can take real courage to ask for support, but you have already taken that first step. In my comfortable room, I provide a safe space – a harbour. Here you can rest from the storms of life and work together to help you move forward at a pace that suits you.
As a Pluralist, I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches. You can choose to work in a way that feels best for you. You may wish to process emotions or explore practical strategies, or simply talk. From experience, this tailored approach deepens my understanding of your needs and improves outcomes for you.
I hope to make a safe space for you to feel heard and understood in order to return to wellbeing. Please do feel free to email me to arrange a brief chat to discuss your needs. Please don’t struggle alone – it helps to talk and I’m here to help!
