About me

Hello! I’m Lynne.

I hold an Integrative Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy, with experience supporting children, young people, and adults through a flexible, client-centred approach. I work with adults who are facing challenges such as bereavement, relationship issues, parenting struggles and health-related difficulties.

I work closely with schools in my role as a Health and Wellbeing Family Champion. I have been actively involved in primary to secondary school transition projects, supporting young people and families through key stages of change with a trauma-informed, collaborative approach.

You can expect a calm, caring, and inclusive space where you are met with warmth, understanding, and respect. I combine theoretical knowledge with real-life experience to offer mental health support that is clear, compassionate, and free from judgment.

Whether you’re looking for practical strategies like CBT and goal setting, or a deeper exploration through psychodynamic approaches to make sense of childhood experiences or family dynamics, I will tailor our work to suit your needs. For children, I integrate creative and play-based techniques to help them express themselves safely and effectively.
